Most Sincere Apologies

Share it Please

Amebo no good o. Now we owe the public apologies, but it well. You remember the story we served you concerning  alleged money laundering by the wife of the Oyo State governor, Mrs Florence Ajimobi, on Wednesday. Emerging facts have showing that that story is completely baseless and a hoax. On this note I hereby apologise to the Family of Ajimobi. Although the major newshouse that started spreading the rumour has not be sanctioned yet, expectations coming from various quarters indicate that they may face sanctions and even lawsuits.

But then think about about it,blogging and internet revolution has changed the definition of journalism in the 21st century. Not just that, it has changed the value of information, after having enlarge the frotiers of its access.

But in reality, would you call me a journalist, who never studied journalism for one day, but you visit my blog to read news, gists and events. I didnt study how to interview people, but people are requesting to be intervied: that's the new face of journalism in the 21st century. Meanwhile if I wait to verify all the gists i serve you, then I may as well sleep, eat and go about my business without remembering I have a blog.

All the same, Amebo no good sha, hope say them no sanction me o sha #hopetheydidnthear.

Regards,
Marvin the Zulu
