Na wao, must we always be in the news for the wrong reasons?
Spanish authorities have deported 27 Nigerians for alleged armed robbery, drug trafficking, forgery and illegal immigration, police spokesman, Frank Mba said.
According to Mba, the deportees were received at the international wing of the Murtala Mohammed International Airport,Lagos aboard a chartered Airline flight at about 07:30am on September 2 by officers of the INTERPOL National Central Bureau.

Mba further stated that after thorough investigations by a combined team of officers from the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), the police, the State Security Service (SSS) and the Nigerian Immigration Service (NIS), 14 of the deportees were found not culpable for the alleged offences for which they were deported for.
The Police had since released the 14 non-culpable persons to their relatives, while the others were handed over to relevant agencies for further investigation and prosecution.
